We started Focus because we couldn't find what we were looking for as parents: a learning platform that respected our kids' time, gave us real visibility, and actually helped them learn.

The category had become a race to the bottom — flashy gamification on top of shallow content, ad-supported business models that exploit children's attention, and dashboards full of vanity metrics that tell parents nothing useful.

We're building the opposite: an honest, focused tool that makes learning a daily practice, surfaces what's actually working, and pays the teachers building real expertise instead of the platforms hosting them.
